CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chocolate bits
  • Strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake cake, according to directions on box, in Tiara pan. Cool completely. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in thawed Cool Whip, well blended. Melt chocolate bits and dip strawberries in, then cool in refrigerator until placed on cake. Spoon cream cheese mixture into cake well. Garnish with chocolate strawberries. This nice strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (10-inch) prepared round angel food cake
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 to 4 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • 1 c. chopped fresh strawberries or (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • Additional fresh strawberries (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Invert cake into serving plate. Cut 1-inch slice crosswise from top of cake; set aside. With sharp knife, cut around cake 1 inch from center hole and 1 inch from outer edge, leaving cake walls 1-inch thick. Remove cake from center leaving 1-inch thick base on bottom of cake. Tear cake
removed from center into bite sized pieces; reserved. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon, extract and food coloring if desired.

Stir in reserved torn cake pieces and chopped strawberries.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Fill cake cavity with strawberry mixture; replace top slice of cake; frost with remaining whipped topping. Chill 3 hours or freezer for 4 hours. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Return leftovers to refrigerator or freezer. The strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve....enjoy !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 (6 oz.) containers strawberry yogurt
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping
  • Red food color (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch rectangular pan. Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites, and 1 container yogurt in large bowl, on low speed, for 30
seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in the center. Cool completely. Thaw whipped topping. Fold yogurt and 1 to 2 drops food coloring into whipped topping. Spread over top of cake. Garnish with strawberries. The strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the cake ! Delicious !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water; set aside at room temperature. Mix cake according to directions and bake as directed in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool cake 25 minutes. Poke deep holes with skewer or meat fork.

Pour Jello slowly in holes. Refrigerate.
Mix thawed Cool Whip with thawed drained strawberries and frost cake. Refrigerate cake and serve cold. Other Jello and fruit combinations can be used. The strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
CAKE:
  • 3/4 c. cake flour (ex. Softasilk)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 lg. eggs, separated
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
FILLING:
  • 1 pt. strawberries, hulled
  • 2 tbsp. grand Marnier
  • 1-2 tbsp. sugar depending upon sweetness of strawberries
  • 1 env. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 c. whipping cream (heavy cream)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raspberry preserves, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR CAKE: Line 11x17 inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper, extending paper 2 inches beyond edges of pan. Butter paper; dust lightly with flour, shaking off excess. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder and salt; set aside.

With steel knife blade, place egg whites in work bowl and turn machine on. After 8 seconds, pour in vinegar and 1 tablespoon water and process until egg whites are whipped and hold their shape, about 70 seconds. Using rubber spatula, gently transfer whites to 1-quart mixing bowl. Do
not wash work bowl.

Combine egg yolks, sugar, orange juice concentrate and remaining 2 tablespoons water in work bowl and blend 1 minute. Add flour mixture in ring around inside of work bowl. Spoon egg whites onto flour. Blend using 2 on/offs turns; scrape down sides of work bowl. Process with 2-3 more on/off turns just until batter is mixed (some streaks of egg white may remain; do not over process).

Using rubber spatula, spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Tap pan lightly on counter to remove air bubbles. Bake until lightly browned, 12-14 minutes. Sift powdered sugar evenly over top. Cover cake with piece of waxed paper, then with dampened towel. Invert the cake onto paper and cool, approximately 30 minutes. Carefully peel off top sheet of waxed paper. Cover cake with piece of aluminum foil. Invert cake onto foil. Cover cake with waxed paper and towel until ready to roll.

FOR FILLING AND FROSTING: Insert thick or medium slicer.
Reserve 6 strawberries for garnish. Slice remaining berries using light pressure. Transfer to small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier and 1-2 tablespoons sugar; toss gently. Marinate 20 minutes. Drain well.Sprinkle gelatin over water in 1-cup measuring cup and let stand until all water is absorbed. Set cup in pan of hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Whip cream in
large bowl gradually adding 1/3 cup sugar until stiff. Stir in the 1 tablespoons Grand Marnier with vanilla. Gently fold in dissolved gelatin, blending thoroughly. Set 1 1/2 cup mixture aside for frosting. Fold drained berries into remaining cream.

To assemble: Remove towel and waxed paper from cake. Spread jelly evenly over top of cake. Starting at short end of roll, spoon 1/3 of strawberry whipped cream mixture in strips about 3 inches in from end of cake. Gently roll up cake, making one complete turn to cover berry mixture. Repeat twice with remaining strawberry mixture; finish rolling cake.Carefully transfer roll seam side down to platter. Spread reserved whipped cream mixture over roll using flexible-blade spatula, making small decorative peaks. Halve reserved strawberries and arrange over top. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 inch angel food cake
INSTRUCTIONS
To make filling: In large bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until thickened but not set. Slice strawberries, reserving a few berries for garnish, if desired. Fold in sliced strawberries and half of whipped topping. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until thickened but not set.

To prepare cake: Split cake horizontally into 3 layers. (To split evenly, mark side of cake with toothpicks and cut with long, thin knife.) Fill layers with gelatin mixture.
Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Garnish with reserved strawberries. To serve, cut with long, thin or serrated knife. The strawberry cake recipe is ready ....enjoy it !

STRAWBERRY BANANA SPLIT CAKE DESSERT

STRAWBERRY BANANA SPLIT CAKE DESSERT ...a great strawberry cake recipe to try !

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
Use 9 x 13 inch aluminum or Pyrex baking dish.Combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter. Pat mixture into bottom of pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Beat together:
  • 2 lg. eggs (or 3 med.)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat 15 minutes. Pour this mixture over the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Over these 2 layers arrange:
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) strawberries, if possible better fresh
  • 2 lg. cans crushed pineapple or tidbits, drained well.
Top all with 1 large container of Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed nuts (this is optional). Refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated until serving time. Cut into small pieces, a little goes a long way. The strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve..enjoy the cake !

INGREDIENTS
CAKE:
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
GLAZE:
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. strawberry liquid
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat cream cheese and Ricotta until creamy. Add sugar and eggs. On low speed add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Add sour cream and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch greased springform pan. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes. Turn oven off and let stand in oven for 2 hours. Do not open oven!

Glaze: Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan. Add strained strawberry liquid. Stir until smooth. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. When mixture is translucent remove from heat. Cool. Add strained strawberries. When cake is completely cool spread glaze on top. The strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve....

Try this nice strawberry cake recipe..!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix, any kind you prefer
  • 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (14oz.) container of Cool Whip
  • 1 frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed and drained
  • 1 large container of frozen strawberries.

INSTRUCTIONS for Strawberry Cake Recipe :
Bake cake according to the box, after cake bakes, let cool 10 minutes. Turn cake out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Split cake in half with dental floss. Put the bottom half back into pan and place the strawberries on top.Stir the sweetened condensed milk and daiquiri mix together and then fold in the Cool Whip. A drop of red food coloring may be added, if desired.

Put half of the strawberries on the cake and then place the top cake over the strawberries. Spread the rest of the icing on and refrigerate.You may decorate with more strawberries.

Make several holes in top of cake without going through and then pour Jell-o over cake.Microwave strawberries until thawed and pour on cake.Add Cool Whip over all and refrigerate until chilled.
