Strawberry Cupcakes

Strawberry Cupcakes
Another great strawberry cake recipe..with cinnamon and other spices and strawberry preserves. Nice taste !

* 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 cup shortening
* 1 cup sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup strawberry preserves
* 2/3 cup milk

Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and spices. In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and
sugar until light. Beat in eggs then beat in preserves. Slowly beat in dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, until batter is smooth. Pour batter into paper lined cupcake cups and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cupcakes. And the strawberry cake recipe is ready to serve you...enjoy !

 ..A great strawberry cake recipe !

  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberry, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello gelatin dessert
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box vanilla instant Jello pudding
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 lbs. yellow pound cake or 1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines), baked
First of all in a deep casserole dish with top. Crumble the cake into small pieces and level the cake pieces. Make vanilla pudding; cover and place in refrigerator until needed. Boil 2 cups of hot water; dissolve the strawberry Jello gelatin dessert. Smash the sliced strawberries that have been
thawed out. And then place in bowl with hot strawberry gelatin. Mix well. Proceed to pour the strawberry gelatin over the crumbled cake. Make sure all pieces of the cake are soaked with gelatin.Next is to cover and place in refrigerator until it sets approximately two hours. After the cake and gelatin has
set, take vanilla pudding and place a layer of pudding over the cake. Take Cool Whip and place over pudding. Taste like strawberry short cake. The strawberry cake recipe of pudding is ready to serves about 6 to 8. Enjoy !

  • 1 pkg plain white cake mix
  • 1 pkg strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup mashed strawberries with juice
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 3/4 cup mashed strawberries (drained)
First of all preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
And then Lightly grease three 9 inch round pans. Set pans aside.
Next is to place cake mix, strawberry gelatin, mashed strawberries, oil, milk, and eggs in large mixing bowl and beat on low speed for 1 minute. Strawberries should be well-blended.
Divide batter among pans and place in oven.
Bake cakes until lightly brown (about 28-30 minutes).
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 40 minutes.

Prepare frosting:

Combine cream cheese, and butter and mix on low speed for a minute. Add sugar and strawberries. Blend frosting on low until sugar is incorporated.

To assemble: place one cake layer on plate and spread top with frosting, add another cake layer and frost the top, add last cake layer and frost the top. Use remaining frosting for the sides of the cake.

Strawberry Crunch Cake

This Strawberry cake recipe is made from scratch, with frozen strawberries, sour cream, a pecan topping layer, and strawberry sauce....a must try recipe...!

Strawberry Cake Recipe Ingredients:

* 2 (10 ounces each) packages frozen strawberries in syrup
* 1 cup butter
* 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pecan Layer and Topping:
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
* 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

* Reserved strawberry syrup
* 4 teaspoons cornstarch
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Strawberry Cake Recipe Instructions :
First of all drain thawed strawberries, reserving syrup; set aside.In a mixing bowl cream butter and 1 1/4 cups sugar together until light and fluffy.And then add eggs; beat well. Blend in sour cream. In another bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture, blending well.

Next is to spread half of the batter in a greased and floured 13x8x2-inch baking pan. Spoon drained strawberries over the batter.Combine pecan layer ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle half
of the nut mixture over the layer of batter and strawberries.

Spread remaining batter over all, then sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine reserved strawberry syrup with 4 teaspoons cornstarch. Heat, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Cool and serve over warm
or cooled strawberry crunch cake. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping, if desired. Hmm..what anamazing taste of strawberry cake....Enjoy !

Strawberry Cake Recipe Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
* 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
* 4 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
* granulated sugar for topping

Strawberry Cake Recipe Instructions:
Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.In a large mixing bowl with an electric hand-held mixer on high setting, cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.With a wooden spoon, stir flour mixture into creamed mixture. Gradually stir in lemon peel and buttermilk until dry ingredients are just moistened; do not over-mix. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each muffin cup about 2/3 full. Evenly spoon sliced strawberries onto the center of each muffin and sprinkle each with a little granulated sugar.
Bake strawberry muffins at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes. Gently
turn strawberry muffins onto the rack. Serve strawberry muffins warm....hmmm what a great taste of strawberry muffin cake...enjoy !

Strawberry Cake Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 yellow or white cake mix
* 1 large pkg. or 2 small pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 cup strawberry soda pop
* 1 large container of cool whip

Strawberry Cake Recipe Instructions :
Prepare cake mix according to package directions; bake in 13x9x2-inch pan. While still warm, puncture cake with a fork, about every 2 inches.Combine Jell-O and boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add strawberry soda pop to Jell-O and stir. Pour over cake while warm.
Spread the cool whip over the cooled strawberry cake before you serve. And the strawberry cake recipe of soda pop is ready for you....sizzling taste...great !

* 4 to 5 cups of cubed rhubarb (raw)
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 (3 oz) package of strawberry Jello - may be sugar free
* 1 white cake mix (2-layer size, about 18 ounces)
* 1 1/4 cup water
* 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter

Strawberry Cake Recipe Instructions:
